Had to share in the hype. I never forgot this place. Mainly because every year I get an email wishing me happy birthday. This is awesome news, I can't believe it's finally happening after all this time! Woooooo

I've written them a rather long E-Mail about LBA3 and how excited I am!
As well as asking them to please use the same voice actors from LBA2 for recurring characters. I just love the english voices of LBA2, having Twinsen, Zoe, Baldino and the Rabibunnies sound all different with new voice actors would be so sad to me!

Well, havent been here in god knows how long [edit - checked 9 years], like others posting, but still a LBA fan and pass through magicball occassionally, hoping to catch something like this news. Been a long time waiting.
Funny seeing so many names I remember chatting with, and were all probably in our 40's now, with kids that will get to experience the LBA world

Ressurection
Really happy to see LBA being brought back to life. It's been a while since I last logged in here, but it's good to be back.
I've been in talks with Mr Vachey over facebook, and he seems to be pretty pumped to also be back making the music for the new LBA. It sounds a bit more mellow than his old stuff from the 90's, but I can see it working well with a modern 3D adventure game nowadays. I wonder if he will still give us some upbeat tunes like Zeelich, Emerald Moon, The Rebels, or Gabriel's Theme. I'm reading mixed messages across the net tho, are we expecting a remake here, or a completely new game to add to the series? Thanks in advance

Maybe it has something to do with the Corona lockdowns.
Maybe they haven't found enough qualified personel yet? (I saw they still have at least one open position on linkedin). Maybe they are busy decorating their christmas trees/slowing down work due to the upcoming holidays. My best guess would be they start 2022 with a update!
