Twinsen The voice of TWINSEN!

We're starting to add voices to LbaX.
Now we're looking for the a voice for Twinsen.
Do you think you have a Twinsen-li voice?
Post and attach a small sample in this thread!
The most Twinsen-ish voice will win!
(And will be contacted then)

Not that I'm going to do that (no mic, too ashamed, etc.), but for the sake of the people who are interested:
The LBA 1 voice, or the LBA 2 one?

Because, you know, they are quite different...

I can see if I'm good enough for this act. I'll send you some samples later. Maybe tomorrow or so.

I would like to give my voice to the villians
I have some good programs, with which I could enhacne my voice to sound demonic and evil (which I love most).I already made two samples of the snow Tralu and I think that they sound pretty like the original LBA2 one.

It will be good if mad_aeon or Horadrim post a Twinsen dialogue from LBAx that way we can try. I can't get because I can't play the game.

In LBA2 there are two standart sounds of the Tralu spits at Twinsen.
But I have an idea with a short dialogue (or maybe long one?) between the snow tralu(original concepted by Alex a.k.a. Axxeleration). So is there a talking Tralu in LBA2?

That would make sense. I may be wrong but don't you think this is a little early for making voices? About Twinsens voice in LBA1 & 2, i think Twinsens voice was like it was in LBA1 because everythin with Funfrock around was very strict, in LBA2 the way of life would of be alot more comfortable, that's why his voice is alot more cheerfull and with character. So Twinsens voice in LBAX would probably be more like in 2, but he wouldn't be as happy caus he wouldn't really be in the prime of his life anymore now that he has kids.

Early?For voices?But we`re prepearing a demo...Even the demos have voices,musics and movies (well LBAx won`t have movies,due to my datalimit problem,"thanks" to which I can`t make pre-rendered animations and upolad them )

Pretty hard thing...since I`m giving my ideas for the scenario as basis things over which the rest of the team could build up something,I don`t have any dialogs...
But maybe mad_aeon could make something (or Atresica) since he`s the last person who puts every single idea in a regular (and very good) scenario...
But anyway,I have an idea, which I think is very suitable for the current situation.
Why don`t you all try to use original LBA1 or LBA2 texts form the dialogs.
Why I suggest this?Well the dialogs form the both games are the best sample to you,to try to alike the intonation and the diction of the characters,to try to say the replics like the actors do,in the same way. This will even help you to build up your own habbit of intonation and "enter the skin" of the actor
So if you try to say some replics in the same way as the actors dub the characters,it will be very easy for us from the team to choose the proper voice/person

Okay, here's a sample! Too bad I'm a little too young to be perfect for Twinsen, but that's a little effort.

It`s not only you,I didn`t understand much either...
So maybe that`s why it will be good if everyone who gives his voice sample, puts the original text from the game.

"It seems to be a little ungainly, but I bet this tunic is really warm." That's what I said. However, you're right about my computer's fan. Sounds louder than any computer I know.
But I did cover with my hand between the microphone (headset) and my voice to make it more performant. But this is as far as I could do better with.

I got another another sample, but it's too large to put it in. Just 5 kb to large.

Did you ever opened your power supply block?
I`m sure that it`s damn full with dust (mostly on the vane). This is very bad, because the fan blows the dust into the PC`s case (the dust increases the static electricity, which is harm). If you manage to open it,you should oil the vane`s bearing, which is under the seal-tape.This will lower the noise much. You also should tighten up the supply`s bolts, because this costs vibrations (this is very harm for the computer).
