Edit: I just realized that I'm running on a SMP kernel, which is rather useless since I don't have multiple cores. Damn me. :<

Mine is 0, 78, 152.
Which is quite weird, because I don't remember ever changing it. And it's certainly not the default, because I install new computers at work all the time.

Dunno really. I think it's useful to know how much CPU/RAM usage there is though. Helps me find out when something's crashed/leaking memory.
