Dino and Franco look great Could you try making low poly LBA1/citadel models for LSA ? The Dino has too much poly for game use and Franco is from LBA2.

alessandro@: I already used that pic, mixed with the original ingame dinofly and my imagination to do that one.

Kobold&Polaris@: Thanks for your appreciation

David38@: It passed a lot of time since I played LBA1, so I can't remind what characters where from LBA1 or 2, Is there any page that have a list of characters of both games or I have to pass LBA1 again? anyway Im going to try a low poly dinofly

Try the model viewer to see both mesh + animations. It's here
I think it lets you know if models are either LBA1/LBA2, and even exports the mesh you are viewing in a OBJ file

Yep, my eyes do not hurt now, but the writing on its right side was fine, where did it go ?
By the way, why is it red and green, when in the game it's blue and light red ?

Im thinking about putting the writting again, and the colours..I decided that they are better this way, the lsa project is a bit more realistic than the original so I think that colours are more apropiated.

I think more geometry details are needed to to fit Jasiek style, maybe adding some relieves to window to start

Ok if you're meaning for this to go into the LSA I do have some pointers. Like David said it needs more detail. But it also needs to be less modern and less "real".
We're talking about an early industrial civilisation here, not a 90's world!

This is what I've been planing to use as the reference pic for the style:

With the wheels slightly spherical though - as the wheels in LBA1 are spherical looking, now I know this is an engine limitation, but I thought it looks nice and I will be using that for both the buggy, the motorcycle and other vehicles!

Jassiek@: Ok, then Im going to try to do one truck similar to the pics you posted, Do I must keep the original game colours(light blue and pink), or change the colours like the last pics I uploaded?.Im also going to do the wheels spherical to match with your other vehicles
My point is just learn new things, and help you to speed up, and keep alive that good project that I think is going to be awesome.
I'll be soon posting pics of a new truck

I meant to use a coat of paint similar to the originals, yeah, but as with all the other models slightly toned down, and maybe with visible slight scratch marks, and metal on the edges shining through - that sort of thing. We're remaking them anyway, not recreating! You want to get the feel of it, not recreate fully the original model.

Old truck

Thats what I have by now, I want to know if its what you were talking about before start painting the texture, especially the wheels.
Needs more details? like a rearview or a exhaust pipe?

and another question.. you want it to be able to open a rear door for taking in the trash? or just paint that door in the texture?

It seems a lot better, but I could still use more detail, more defined lines on the engine compartment. Protruding lights, a bumper, inset windows. More polygons on around the wheels, maybe some more inventive things. Like an exhaust pipe behind the cabin stiking up. Mybe some pipes around the vehicle. You know, have fun with it! It could also use to be a bit wider and have a lower suspension. Maybe some steps to the cabin or some such.

The wheels remind me of skittles too much right now
