what would u say is their strength and weakness? I'd imagine them being good for medium range, with the magic ball. And maybe close range they'd use the aggressive stance. But all and all more effective towards siege damage.

I'm honestly not sure what they'd be, but you got some good ideas already.

Actually, I could make this an actual unit in the game. There are some programs on the AOE community that can be used to edit graphics from the game, as well as sound and some other data. You can create your own unit through a text file, as well as a program specifically for the unit modification. Basically, it's easiest to duplicate an existing unit, and slightly modify it.

Unfortunately, I've never got this far, but the sprites are easy enough.
