Question Are animated GIFs too fast in FireFox?

I opened the forum in FireFox today, and suddenly realized that the owl in my avatar is almost running . And I also remember that my previous Supaplex avatar was also faster in FireFox.
Is that the thing for all animated gifs in this browser? And is it possible to adjust it somewhere somehow?

IE is limited for 10frames/second. Firefox is not. Your avatar is 20frames/second.

Does that clear your concern?

I suggest to just switch to Firefox. IE is פאסה.

Well, actually, the speed looks much more normal on IE...

And yes, I'm on "switching stages" currently

Nah.. you just got used to the slow avatar. The real-time (like in LBA) one is much better
