I don't use blend file for the game, I use the txt files. You can delete the blend files and the game will still work.
Textures are already in a folder ...
Please investigate a bit before asking anything

@Horadrim : How's the prison map going ? Is it complete enough to start adding a grid and thus trying it in the game ?

It still needs some texturing. I didn`t touched it yet, since my return.

Horadrim, when you have the map finished commit it and then I'll insert it in game with your twinsen version.

My logic tells me that either you make a model and it's only slightly altered and so you get to display your work, and that if your work is changed so much you weren't needed for the job to begin with.
So I wonder if either you really aren't actually needed, or you just have this rule that you don't want any alterations done to your models?
Read few pages back and you`ll have the answer of your question (which honestly I don`t really understand). I never said anything about work resemblance. It seems you`re asking questions, without knowing what`s going on here. Without reading, you won`t know ofcourse, but don`t ask me to paraphrase the last few pages for you. I`m not avoiding questions.

The character animation is broken, the forehead "blinks" with the eyes, and the teeth seemed messed up, along with the cheeks skinning. Seems to me the skinning is a lot worse then it was before......

Some vertices were controlled by 8 different bones, I reduced this to 4 in the blender file and that screwed up some parts, mostly the face. The 4 limit is due to hardware skinning

Which means we'll have broken animations forever?

Also, do you mean I have no control over the skinning proces then? If so that's extremely not useful......

All games on the market have this 4 bones / vertex limit, which should be far enough to get correct skinning
What we need to do is fix the blender skinning. I applied a script to keep the 4 major bones of each vertices but for some reason that screwed up the face, which I suppose was not well defined

I rigged the rabibunnny and add it to game for testing. It is ready to animate. The current animations are just a copy/paste from twinsen that has a different rest pose, that's why arms position is weird

They are created with Blender. To have LBA1 like maps, original ones are exported via "perspective map viewer" and then imported as OBJ inside Blender, but only to get an idea of map proportions. All the textures are redone, normally with gimp. The mesh is also redone.

Commited the warehouse.
The bulk of the map is finished, I only need to add a little variance in the boxes, and some lights maybe, or whatever - if anyone has any ideas then shoot.

David, it would be fantastic it if was possible to somehow only render the sea behind the windows, and everything else outside this map to be black.

nice work, that would be amazing if we could program the maze in Lua.
For the window/sea, I'll think about how to do it. Right now the whole sea will be animated.

Didn't model teeth, pincers so...
And the gull is only after crisps packets!
Added stuff to the warehouse, later I will try and make some of the walls jagged (like in the original map), could also use some dirt sprites on the floors I guess.

I'd like the rats to scuttle around the warehouse, and the bugs to run away and hide under boxes when you move one of the crates (from the four you need to move I mean).

that will be lua working
also, for the window effect, we need a black plane above the level of window, that hides the ocean. This way you only see through the window This plane needs no shadowing and no shading, no lighting at all. Same as _glow I guess
