Nice coincidence, today I finally asked my mother for her credit card to order the remakes of the first two Monkey Island games (I don't have an international card). Looks like I'll have to use her again now .

By the way, does this release modify the game in any way? Will installing mods to it (e.g. a translation) still be available as before?

Apparently it uses Dosbox, as a lot of other GOG.com releases do.

This one. There was no version written nowhere. There was only Twinsen`s house, all other areas were empty. I deleted it though. I just remembered that I made the texture for the catamaran .

Try PayPal. You can use your local credit card as an international credit card using paypal.co.il.

I got the game but I don't see the 31 design sketches or these wallpapers listed on the site. And the language selector exe doesn't change nothing to me either. Also, reading "DosBox" on the game window is quite unprofessional, don't you think? I'm happy my money goes to the original creators too, but either I'm missing something or GOG is trying to fool their costumers.

EDIT: Ok never mind about the extras, you have to download them from the My Account page. Some of these avatars are cool, but they're nothing more than scaled well known images.
Sketches... yeah, there are new sketches never seen before here or anywhere else! But they're the only exclusive things, all the other pics are things that I've seen before, somewhere on this site. Cinematic shoots... well... they're cinematic shots.
I was hoping for a cool wallpaper, but that's just a fan(badly)made replica of the Relentless CD cover in varius resolutions, and none of them covers my widescreen anyway.

I'm still happy LBA is aviable for buying once again, and that part of the money I spent actually goes to the original makers, but this game doesn't add much to what we had in the past, except for the beautiful sketches. LbaWin had more options actually

Yes it does, it's fixed now. That site was a bit of a rush job.

Are you sure? In the registration page there's only a limited list of available credit cards (and none of them is Isracard, which is what I have).

Grobos have real hands and feet, quetches have regular faces and normal noses!

It's not, but it's the closest font I could find in Google's Font library.
The font they used for the LBA title is called "Brush 445 BT";

But now it does have the LBA font (for most modern browsers).

99% sure. It worked for my brother. Isracard belongs to Mastercard, so choose that. But I think you need to change the language of the site into Hebrew while registering.

Chaos- it doesn't seem to work . When I enter my Isracard number there, I get this error message:

If you're still seeing the typo, clear your cache.
Also, what is this shot of Twinsen on Dinofly up in the clouds? The one they're using at GOG. I don't recognise it at all.

Check the page source - it's not in the code... Despite that, I am also seeing Twisens (cleared the cache, removed the history for the site).
