I think you're misinterpreting what Twinsen's doing when he "punches" innocent people. As the NPCs don't take damage then, it's clearly just innocent pretend boxing with the NPCs playing along. I've seen many Turkish boys here do that with their friends all the time.

Twinsen is bad actually. He has stuffed Grobos heads as a trophy in his house at the end of the first game.

Serial killers are known for taking trophies from their victims, so the fact that Twinsen has only one trophy proves that he hasn't murdered enough people to be a serial killer.

"Not a serial killer" is clearly a tick in the "not the bad guy" column.

you know when you are but a kid, you still believe the world is sort of magical? like in lba2, I tried everything to get to another island. including flying with the jetpack off the island (well tried to!). I couldn't imagine that somehow those islands weren't rendered, or in the game.

And this is why I hate that there was no lba 3 in 2000-ish. we have such a wonderfull planet, which fully deserves a 3d landscape like lba2. instead, we got zeelich....barf!

thats another problem with the reboot, I kinda think the newer graphics will not be as satisfying as if we had a lba3 in 2000 ish
