possible forum software change soon

I'm considering to change the software the forum is running on. Currently we use vBulletin v2, this software is not free and my support/update lisence has been expired, I may use this software as long as I want, but I can no longer update it (unless I pay $30)

I'm considering to switch to phpBB, I'm currently testing it. The change should be a step forward not backward, so I won't change if the software lacks feature I find important

phpBB has much similarities with vBulletin, but it lacks a few features I want ... but there are hacks to fix it ...

I liked the old version better than this aswell.
This version is cool too,all you need to do is to get used to it.
But please don't change to phpBB,I hate it,I find vBulletin much more friendly.

Well....I've gotten used to the Vbulliten, and I'd be if it left, but if I could have what weve got now and maybe more options, then yeah, I'd support a change.

Anyways, maybe somebody could just give El $30? I mean, c'mon, its not like one hundred billion frickin' dollars, so maybe we should chip in and help?

no MSIE doesn't understand, and why.. because MS is frikking hardheaded to use the libpng and just write there own. PNG can do a lot of things, more then just alpha channels
