Higher Res?

I found this in my TO folder.

Well, changing those values in that file doesen't work I tried once to enable antialiasing and anisotropic filtering, but LBA2 doesent support that either I wonder if someone could write a small program to do that, to run LBA2 in Direct3D or OpenGL. However it's a bit strange that there are no graphic options, becoue it uses DirectX :| maby Obrasilo would be able to write something like that ? Or someone else ? Or replace the textures with very High res ones, is it possible ?

Changing Adeline.log file will not change anything. It's a log file, the game just wites some information here every run. It doesn't read anything from it.

I think 3D acceleration would be a first, then high res textures. Also, it would become a bit outof sync with all the other "low resolution" parts of the game (like the models).

The problem in LBA 2 is, that all its textures, etc. are 256-color and it's designed overally for 640x480. The only way to allow better textures, and higher resolutions, would be to re-write the executable file and then change the appropriate .HQR's/.ILE's as well. And it would also require a new model format (as the current one only supports 256 colors). Now, if there was LBA 2 source code available, I could try to modify it, but unfortunately, we don't have LBA 2 source code available, so there's no way to make LBA 2 with better textures and higher resolutions.
