Post Trium Planeta By MID 2004

Again, one of my frequent searches brings some very good news. The following passage was translated to english from russian. The original document can be found here:-
http://3dnews.ru/games/games-weekly-01062003/
F4-toys has been looking for a publisher, as the company is independant of any other company
This is the first piece of good news in a long time, i didnt excpect tp for a few more years

"Company F4-Toys on closed stand E3 has presented the working version of first project Trinum Planeta. The press not so has noticed the beginner, having built in turn to Half-Life 2, as in the mausoleum. F4-Toys have taken offence, but a kind have not shown. Also have correctly made, you see there works itself ???????? ??????? (Frederick Raynal), one of founders Alone in the Dark and Little Big Adventure. F4-Toys promises to finish Trinum Planeta up to middle of 2004."

If you ask me, Fred should worry more about his english skills then about TP.

Nah, just kidding. Good news!

Belive me this site is one of the biggest russian sites on the net. And it had lots of journalists at e3. They also have access to the closed stands.

"Last Time" you found info on an amateur old website which updates once a year :P

This is a professional website were dealing with now:P

Do you need an exact translation?

Ok it doesnt matter but here it is, the translation:

The company F4-Toys, in a closed stand at E3, presented a working version of it's first project Trinum Planeta. The press did not notice the newbie company while waiting to get into the Half Life 2 stand like into a mausoleum. F4 were a little upset because of that, but they did not show it, and they were right, it is Frederick Raynal himself who is working there, one of the creators of Alone in the Dark and the Little Big Adventure series. F4 Toys promised to finish Trinum Planeta until the middle of year 2004.

Trinium Planeta??

Ermm, yeah,

F4-Toys were unhappy, but they did not show it, and correctly so, for Fredric Raynal himself was at E3

What I'm sure is that TP will come out in a recent future, Fred hasn't created a new company to not arrive to publish a game.Mid 2004 seems good to me, I'm happy to hear this.
For LBA3, there is still a hope about, maybe like says Axx, if TP comes out, Fred will be able to do realise LBA3...

Axx is right. With Trium Planeta being released a year from now, we can expect that his next project should be LBA3. I'm willing to wait until 2006 for it.

adeline maybe shut down, or it may have had some internal changes. Last time we heard anything from didier he said they were working on another moto racer project. I found a website on the internet which said f4-toys and adeline merged, apparently it was a guy speeking on a forum with some links to the company, maybe. Though i checked with another person who said it was incorrect, though maybe he too dosnt know. It is likely they may want to merge, but i wrote an e-mail to didier, and he didnt reply (very unusual. he replies, very fast, very soon, usually)

so here are the option
*1. Adeline closed down
*2. Adeline merged with f4-toys
*3. Adeline is working normaly, but only has its website down.

Any Intellectual Property experts here? What does happen with the rights for LBA3 if Adeline bites the dust?

The rights to the games, as always, lie with the publishers.

The rights to the charecters ,story and setting lie with the creators, regards of the company they are in.

(with the exception of small case's where the publishers demand total rights...theres normaly a lot of small print)

Adeline actualy has already bitten the dust and got reserected once
