How can I convert XMI to MIDI

When I extract the midi_sb.hqr file in LBADeCOMP (LBA1) I know I get a bunch of XMIs, which I can play perfectly in WinAmp, but does anybody know how to convert them to proper MIDI, so that I can view the notes in NoteWorthy player (some of you might have heard of this already) and play them on my synthesizer so that I can put my music on my webpage?
