How to convert isometric sprites in 2d?

???
Maybe someone already did it. How to do this manually (in any graphics editor) or maybe there is some programm that can rotate and scale isometric image into front view????

I dont understand! What I mean is:

Default tiles are something like this: (first pic)
I managed to turn them but edges are weird (second pic)
How to make them flat (like in second pic but with normal edges)

There is a calculation to get normal images into isometric, you divide the height by 2 and rotate it 45 degrees, so if you double the height and rotate it by 45 degrees it should be normal.

I don't quite get you hobmolin.

You should just use photoshop to place 1 side horizontal next to the first side.
I don't have photoshop here @ the moment, but it's in one of the layers or edit options.
It's named 'skew' if I'm right.
