Your favorite evil fast food chain

Its about time we stop picking on them, for a change, and pick our favorite fast food chain! I personally find it difficult to choose, one day im in the mood for a) and the next its b). That said, i only eat hallal, meaning i rarely get any of them (except when i go on visits to the mideast).

I chose Pret A Manger, all the others are good in one way or the other, but pret a manger offers some next level quality, taste and is actually healthy! (Avocado Sandwhich, mmm!)

Subway I think.
(quick and actually pretty healthy, provided you dont go overboard on the sources).

But I also like Pizza Hut.
(not really that fast though. PizzaHut/PizzaExpress are kinda half-way between fast food and restaurants)

I like the vegetarian pizza in Pizza Hut - loaded with scrumptious and crispy veggies. Also, was torn, because I love Mc Donalds ice cream and big mac.

...I just noticed that "fast food chain" without "fast" is "food chain".

Chose Subway.

Subway isn't as good as it used to be and I've had better versions of Subway like joints in my University, but I think it's still the best choice out there.

Meh.
Frites are best at the local "Frites van Holland", who needs fast food chains for that.

If its pure calorie indulgance, i'd go for fudruckers. Don't think they have it here (uk) but it makes the worlds best hamburgers.

If its chicken, id go for nando's, absolutley heavenly, it isn't really fast food though.

Kfc is ok, I always seem to get that one off piece of chicken that soggy, and get put off of it for a year.

Krispy creme is the ultimate donut shop, they make it while you wait

Pizza express is the ultimate pizza shop (well, that and Zizi's) its absolutly heavenly, and its an ideal place to take your girlfriend (victim in the case of any lady that goes out with you lot) or wife to (zizi's qualifies too).

I chose Domino's because I once had there the best pizza ever, even though that was years ago. I would've chosen either that or Pizza Hut anyway since pizzas are my favorite from the fast food list.

When I was in the US last year I tried some of the fast food chains there and I found out Subway is overrated, I personally found all the sandwiches I tried to be bland, but I think it also has to do with the "American cuisine" which isn't as spicy as what I'm used to back in Israel.
On the other hand, I despise McDonalds in Israel but I found it to be pretty good in the US, even though I felt like I'm dying a bit with each bite. Wendy's was pretty good as well, Burger King was the worst.

You should've included Sbarro as well, the food is alright but I'd kill for their garlic bread.

I don't really like the international ones, the swedish ones are the best (especially the northern swedish ones), so i would go for Max or Frasses.

But if i have to pick one of these it would be subway

over the years i gradually moved from not liking fast food as much as i used to, to hating the stuff. i really find most of it disgusting.

the bearable ones are the asian food chains since there's a limit to how much you can lower of the quality of the food. at the end of the day at least it's real rice and unprocessed meat.

and domino's can be good too.

From what I have read online, Wendy's and Jack in the Box have some of the most high-calorie, heart attack-inducing products ever. Neither are in the Netherlands, though.

I got some really tasty sandwiches from Pret A Manger when I was in the UK! It's a nice chain I think, but no stores in NL either.

There are only a few Subways restaurants here, mostly in Amsterdam, and the times I've eaten there it was pretty nice. It seems healthy enough, although I've read that the bread is very rich in salt. As in, one footlong is enough for like 1.5x the daily suggested dosage. I'd pick subways for an ok lunch, I guess.

Whenever I'm guilty of eating fast food in the evening (4x a year maybe?), it's usually BK. Whoppers are alright. It's got my vote.

I have never heard of Hardeez, Nando's, Fudruckers, Krispy Creme and Papa Johns.

Hardeez is like McDonalds, better bread, more meat, and some amazing curly fries instead of regular fries.

Nando's is spanish like chicken, funruckers is for the obese, papa johns kicks dominos and pizza hut ass.

Despite highlighting all the above, i rarely see any of them. Most are missing from the UK (which is ironic, seeing as this country dosn't know what home cooked means), but gulf countries are quite big on fast food.

Only heard of 5 of of them and only eaten at 3.

Though I would never choose any of those over near-same-price local restaurants, I've been "forced" some times when all pals are going somewhere or all the other places are closed.

Though I will give my vote to McD or BK, I'm not experienced enough of any of them but if I had too choose I would give it to McD since it at least have never made me sick twice in a row.

Domino's Pizza is good, but be careful of the knock-off "Domino Pizza". Instead of Pizza they give you a chunk of burned dough, soaked and dripping of oil, with a just a bit of cheap cheese substitute.

I don't get fast food often, but I also think it's hard to lump all of these places in the same boat, since many have "specialties" (ex. if I want fried chicken I go to KFC, but that doesn't mean it's my #1 fast food place).

I think we can narrow things down:

Hamburgers: McDonalds
Sandwiches: Subway
Ice Cream: Dairy Queen
Pizza: Pizza Hut
Doughnuts: Dunkin' Donuts
Coffee: Starbucks

Yes, but it isn't prepared in two minutes, when you arrive it has been already cooked and all you have to do is to put the "parts" together.
