Is the Raspberry Pi 3B capable of running LBA 1 and 2 under DOSBox?
Can the RPi3B run the LBA games at a playable speed?

A Raspberry Pi is more like a mini computer than a phone. It has your usual usb, hdmi and what not, but fits in the palm of your hand.

I see.
That's interesting ! I saw a youtube video where a guy emulates a PS1 with it, so, it should be able to run the LBAs, shouldn't it ?

I have one at home and haven't tried yet.
I believe it can work, as emulations on other platforms like Ps1 and N64 run well.

I've played LBA 1 using a PS1 Emulator on *RecalBox and *RetroPie, both run pretty well atleast on Raspberry Pi 3B which I was using.
LBA 1 runs on dosBox within RetroPie with some setup; not ideal with keyboard input and folder structures in RetroPie. PS1 emulation was a simple as plug&play on RecalBox - or RetroPie its a menu install emulator. Earlier models however do suffer some significant performance drops and I wouldn't recommend them; even though the Raspberry Pi Zero looks temping because its so small form factor. *Raspberry Pi retro gaming OS. *Raspberry Pi models

Sorry for the late reply, yes both LBA works in Recalbox on the RPI3. I don't know for Retropie though. You can join me more easily on my Discord.
