Just completed "Advanced Wars Dual Strike"

I use completed in the lose sense of the word...the easy campagn has been done.

WOW.
This game is amazing, well made and huuuggee.
The Hard campagn is much harder, and many things have changed as well. (not just AI!).

I still gota do the servival modes (time, money, turns) and there must be still over a hundred maps I havnt tried yet O_O
(in the War Room).

This is a brillent, brillent game.
A thinking-mans stratergy game for sure.
This game is going to last me a long time...

I also definitely want those FF 4 5 and 6 remakes for GBA. And ofcourse 3 for DS .
3 looks amazing.
Dont forget other RPG's like Golden Sun 1+2

I started playing Descent 2. Now in mission 22/30. Pretty good game. I should finish the first one some time aswell.

After this one I plan to play Rayman 1 (thanks to the videogame music thread ) and Earthworm Jim again.

So......

I started to play Beyond Good & Evil, and it's cool, but I kinda took a break of it as I don't feel like playing it now for some reason.
I also started playing Black & White 2, ditto as the above.
Downloaded F.E.A.R. demo, but my crappy old GeForce can only run it (and slowly) in 640x480 with none of the fancy graphical features... Still scary though. But I think I'll stick to things that are built up for my computer.

Currently playing Psychonauts. Man, this game is soo awesome. It's really really cute, and yet not too childish at all. It's funny and it has the perfect level of difficulty for me. I love it.

Thank you for reviving this .

I should play BG&E and finish it myself some day.
I heard B&W2 is worse than the first. I tried running it but it was really lagging and low detail so I deleted it.

Anyway, since my last post --> finished both Descent 1 and 2 and Earthworm Jim. I also started playing Rayman and I still find it incredibly difficult. I can't believe people call that game kiddie, the obviously have never tried playing it. So I didn't finish that . I did finish Mario Kart DS (all cups, etc, etc). I should play the through wifi more but I'm not really into racing so blah.. Also finished Lomax (sidescroller with a Lemming if you don't know it) and Return to castle Wolfenstein and Evil Genius and DBZ: Buu's Fury and Soldier of Fortune 2. I am right now playing Morrowind a bit again (finished the main quests, playing the expansion Bloodmoon and Tribunal now). I finished Bloodmoon a few days ago and am now working on Tribunal.

I have now ordered Broken Sword 1 (needed that one for a long time), Descent 3 + expansion (I want more after Descent 1 and 2), Freedom Force and Monkey Island 1 and 2 (won an ebay auction for that. yay! got them all now!) So I will most likely be playing those in the near future.

Rayman is the essence of my childhood. And I mean the original Rayman. All other "Raymans" were cool, but they just weren't Rayman.
Seriously, that game was almost as important to me as LBA. Took me months to finish it all.

I never got to actually play Rayman, but what's so special about it? It looks just like another normal platform game...

There's nothing really special about. It's just incredible fun to play. Challenging too. It's hard to fully complete the game.

I WAS replaying Grim Fandango, but something's wrong. I couldn't get past the elevator-thing. Before I can actually move the stupid vehicle, I'm already upstairs or downstairs.

But right now, I'm replaying RAMA. It's not a special game, but it is one of the best sf stories ever (as long as we slightly ignore the human characters), and the atmosphere of the game feels like you really are in unexplored area: amazing/fascinating but also threatening.

I just finished this really weird and peculiar game, it's called Little Big Adventure and it's pretty good. Does anyone know a community dedicated to it?

Twinsal- you need the official Grim Fandango patch. It fixes this, and lots of other things too.
btw, I started playing GF a while ago, and got stuck in the elevator... I drove forward with the crane like I was supposed to, but nothing happened . What am I doing wrong? I played this game like almost 10 times, so obviously I know what I should be doing... Yet, this did not work...

Atresica- well, http://lba.fishos.cc/hebrew/forum/ is quite good

I gave up looking for patches to fix problems after Sleeping Dragon. I spent hours searching for one, even mailed the helpdesk. Nothing worked, got me really pissed off. Ah well, thanks for the advice, I'll look for it right away.

nsal: don't waste your time looking for patches, you can usually find patches for all games at Velocity Servers.

Stubbs The Zombie looks dreadful. Take a look at it's review trailer at GameTrailers.com. GameTrailers.com is a great site, they make nice reviews and you don't need to bother reading/looking at screenshots.

Half-Life 2 and Substance Mod. First is awesome, but the mod is sorta dreadful (as CF so nicely put it regarding Stubbs).
