I keep them since the release, and not going to put them down anytime soon ![]() The Prequel should work fine with GOG version. The installer automatically detects your LBA environment. Indeed the Prequel blog is down. I will have to talk to xesf.

I can give you the code, if you would like to continue it. Or anyone actually. But we had a team once, and at some point it turned out everyone is busy with their lives, and cannot spend time for it.
I'm not sure how much time it took, but when I got into it more seriously (finished the management system, and the Architect), the demo has been released about a year from that point. Though we already had some work done (images, grids), and some great guy contacted me and made a couple of beautiful grids (the lighthouse one, and another one I don't remember). But the scripts I had to write from scratch.

I would love that.
I actually am a programmer, but been doing basically only sql for the past years, so I do not know how hard it is. But it would be great to open source this so it never gets lost and is easy to expand. The time problem is real, but if it is open to develop it could become more. ![]()

- Zink: Lighthouse? I hope not on Citadel Island, the ending video of LBA 1 clearly shows a mountain in that place and in my own mod (The Great Rebellion) I've come up with an explanation to what happened (basically the mountain gets split off Citadel Island becomes the Island of the Dome of the Slate, with the lighthouse later built on the tiny speck of land that remains).
This though is why I wanted coordination among projects, so we wouldn't end up with mutually incompatible stories. ![]() Also yes, this project should be open-sourced already, and technically so was The Great Rebellion (all the development is now done publicly, and maybe I should just go and post a huge .ZIP file with all the grids). |

And also, noone ever mentioned the lighthouse while I was still in the team, or I would have complained about it. I think the lighthouse was planned after I left. ![]() And yes, the TGR is still developed, currently in the story writing phase. I posted so far all story developments publicly on the MBN but barely anyone bothers commenting. |
