Hi everyone!
Im making a 3D model of Citadel Island on Blender. (My 3D Studio Trial expired) Anyway, Im doing Lupin-Bourg Right now. Im very bad at textures . how can i make the texture blend between grass and dirt smoother? |

That's pretty cool so far. I'm not a 3D modeller, but you should make the edge of the grass textures less blocky and more rounded and squiggly. Sorry if this doesn't help much.

Yes. and thats what im asking for. In the original game, the grass and the dirt are flowing in each other. How can I make this in 3D?

Im nearly finished with Lupinbourg. I only need to model doors, flowers and the teleporters. But I can always need help for texturing and modeling.

heh.
I'm using 3D Studio, its cool for rendering and applying materials but I find it harder to use than using AutoCad 2008. I guess I've really become dependant on the command line from the first year of CAD. I believe I could do the first drawing as it stands now. I wonder how you curved the edges though on the 2nd drawing. btw, my latest assignment (classwork) is to draw a garden. Any style but has to include: Water feature, summer house, paving, patio. Alot of my drawing seems boxy in 3D Studio (I've yet to wait for our tutor to tell us more 3D Studio commands - since terminology is different between 3D Studio and AutoCad. - and also where to click.. since I usually typed it in before) ========== Keep up the cool work.

Needs shadows... and the bottom of the trees look a little odd.
Could you also make up an alternative version using Takam's textures? I'd like to see them in 3D. |
