Going from Desert Island to Citidel island with NO ferry or Dino-Fly!
I just found something cool! On LBA2 when the ferry service is taken away when the esmers take over Twinsun, you can still go between the islands departing and arriving at the ferry docks. You do need a ferry ticket though. Okay, once you have a ferry ticket get in your car and drive to the spaceship near the harbour (on Desert Island.) Use the car-save-bug-cheat thing to get through those barriers that stop cars getting through and drive onto the wooden platform that you normally use to board a ferry. (the ferry is noi longer there of course.) When you get there you automatically get out of your car and the ferry tciket symbol starts flashing, well rotating in the corner of the screen to say its in use, or been used. Now do what you do when you get to Desert Island at the start of the game when its raining and press escape. And now, waalaa! You're at Citidel Island- No ferry and no dinofly! Which is a problem because now you're stranded there....

I thought Dino-Fly were at all places simultaneously  anyway RMTC, are you sure you just can't use the ticket 'in the air' without using the car or anything? Just standing at the dock? Anyway, awesome bug

 but how did u discover it ??? I mean this is complicated so I suspect you must have "expected" this to happen, so that u've tried it ... cause I don't think anyone would go through all that trouble without having a single idea about the "possible outcome"

I knew about this one. It works from Citadel to Desert and from Desert to Citadel. The car is not involved, you only need to have a ferry ticket. The problem is, you will get stuck on one island, because the Dino-Fly won't be there.

You don't need the car. This also works going from Citadel Island to Desert Island. And no, Dino-Fly won't come with you. It's the same as the ferry bug which lets you use the ferry while it's still raining.
Would be best to keep the Ferry Ticket and sell it at the Souvenier Shop at Otringal.

i rember when i first played it and got stuck on the ferry (in the rain) and could not work out why but then i freed ralph and the sun came out

Is what you guys are saying that Dinofly has to be at the island you leave from to activate the bug?

Haha great bug I didn't knew this one!
 EDIT: I just found out the technical state of the problem. The game makes sure you can't buy anymore ferry-tickets when you return from Zeelich to Twinsun. On Desert- and Citadel Island the ferry-ticket sellers are gone. But if you keep one (a ferry-ticket) when you went to Zeelich, you can still use it. Thats why you can use it only one time and why you're stranded on Citadel Island. Last edited by LtDemolition; 2008-11-16 at 19:22.

yeah looks like it works any way, from citidel to desert or desert to citidel, and you dont need the car, but quetch, i wasnt EXPECTING this to happen it was completely accident
