Emi, the chequered stuff is not textured yet. I assume anyway, that's a normal untextured pattern.

Let's get back on topic shall we? I wasn't talking about the chequered stuff... I am stupid, but not THAT stupid to not understand that stuff wasn't textured

What I really was talking about were most of the grounds, especially the ones in the outdoors, too flat and repetitive, IMHO... but maybe that is because there's no particular source of light, and I really am more stupid than I thought.
PS Objects textures look just perfect

It will not look flat, details, grass and unique elements on some parts of environment will create good look.
Right now I'm just not to much concern about this all. I create game and when most things connected to gameplay will be finished and I will have enough time. I will one by one replace this placeholders objects for its final versions.

Quite good, as always, but I find the general color to be lightblue, instead of being balanced, and those quetch soldiers look more fat in the game.

With color is problem, I tried few configuration but in non this look good
so I left setting color on moment when I will finish rendering system.
When I will add shadows and others effects I will experiment with different
configuration. Right now I finished on effect visible in screenshot bellow.

About soldiers I will fix this :] because you are right, they should be fatter :]

It looks good, even if the colours look to light, but I think it will be better when you add shadows and fix some textures. Keep us updated

Yes of course I plan to do this in future. But right now I have to much other things to do.

I know that you all would like to see some better graphics, but I mostly concentrate on making
things that will help me finish game. And because I'm only one person I must concentrate on
only one thing in a time and graphics in this moment is not on first place. Of course I take
in concern yours comments and some of them I write down on my todo list but most of them
must wait in example: animations.

The lamps have a shadow... Weird...
The first telepod you encounter when you get outside of you cell is misplaced.
I love the ground in the entrance hall !
That blue is swift and beautiful !
The animations are a bit messy, but they slowly get in shape.

And the most important : MOREMOREMORE !!!!1!11!!!1

Amazing improvements. The lighting seam more natural now and the shadows looking great. The great thing I can notice is that LBA feeling is still there.

Thanks. You are right that the first telepod is in other place but this is planned, when it was where it was in original it's the fell of scene was bad. In other locations you will find even more changes like that or even bigger :] everything in name of better fell of gameplay.

And of course animation :P I will slowly make them better and better as you notice I done first step:]

About shadows there will be other lighting in indoors locations this will be use outdoor but I still couldn't find time to make them.
