On the roads of the Little Big Adventure ^_^

Hello again, people!

You may know me from this topic or may not... It doesn't matter, of cause.

Anyway, I'm so sorry about one thing - there are not a lot of LBA fanarts in the internet. Other communities I know get a lot of fanart everyday depends by their popularity.

LBA came to this world many years ago and don't catch that era...

So, there is my free personal project for my favorite game and it's community I started about three mounths ago. I called this collection "On the roads of the Little Big Adventure", it will be include 9 big, high-demensioned illustrations about LBA2 and "what may be happen after" ^^ adaptated for big monitor screens, and that's mean you may use them as a wallpaper as well in future.

I don't know how long time I'll drawing till all arts will be finished - it's a really big project for me, I never draw something like that at last 10 years. I decided to share you my sketches of illustrations I drawing for warn you up. ^^

I hope I'll can finish it untill LBA3 will be released!

(and sorry for my English, I hope you understood me ^^' my drawings are better than my English, hah)

I tried to draw something like that about 6-7 years ago, but my drawing skills of those times made me sad. For now I can draw better. ^_^
But if you have some critique for me I'll greatly accept it!

Давайте сделаем мир LBA чуточку больше! (let's make LBA-world more big) rus :в

Here you are!

Hey!

This is lovely.
The drawings are fun.
Your style has a cartoon feel.
I really really like it, keep making.
Any chance that I might see the space guitarist, maybe playing in Chez Luc bar?
Oh and my favorite so far is the one with the kids, the toys are very creative !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot everybody! I continue to draw this pictures, project is not abadoned, but there is nothing special to say at this time. Just can say that those pics got huge progress at this moment.

Children who playing (most at the left side is finished. Railway!!!! Are you really finished?)
Geniuses (dark walls and 2 Francos mostly finished, Jerome are too blurred by wall's fragments )
Twinsen's family (I put myself on mountaines derived them 3 times also sea and sky mostly finished. But I dislike how sea looks now)
Also worked on two hidden arts (Mosquibees and Moya +Arthur), but I will not say you what is finished there. ◔‿◔ I'll open them then other 6 arts will be close to finish.

I working on this project when something in this world says "Do you remember how you love LBA world?", I catch inspiration by this and working only with those arts during about 1,5 weeks until big feelings not free me. After that I can't draw something really good until the next inspiration time. All pictures will be looks like this kind of my technic. sorry for advertising myself.

Heh, English is too hard for me to explain all my feelings about it. Well, it's good that there is people who like my sketchy collection.

Thanks a lot again, everybody ^^ Your posts and Russian LBA-group made me to continue with that warm words.

I wanted to finish one of arts (with wizards) to a New Year, but there was really a lot of work for me. I mostly edited and detalized it, but won't show it for now. ^_^

Sorry, there it is, I truly love bright colors, and some people dislike it. That's ok.

I shared them to a Russian community and my DeviantArt group, some people see them. I even want to share 'em to original team who create LBA to make them a little happy... But I'm too shy to do that. ^^''''''

Woow, thank you! I feel like I'll finish them soon.

Today is a good day. Exactly one year ago I started this project, at the 12th of May, 2015 year. I started it from a picture "Kids playing", got inspired by this and drew other 8 sketches very quickly.

Today I finished the first one! I drew in last year, step by step, deriving and correcting. I played LBA2 againg to collect all helpful screenshots (my personal quest) ... and I cryed. I love LBA.

One year is to much for just a one cartoon illustration, I accept that. But it was a really strong work for me! That was something I never draw before.

And that was something I wished to draw since I played LBA firstly (when I was 10 years old), but my funny artist's level didn't allow me to do that. Now I had rised my artist level pretty much. ^_^

As Polaris wished I'll correct brightness when we reinstall my Photoshop (it died again). I like bright colors, I'm crazy about bright colors!!11

Here you find big fullsize and screenshots that helped me to draw.

A-mazing! I missed this thread, glad you brought it back up

Personal favorites are the geniuses and wizard ones. Are those nearly finished too?

How far have you gotten with your hidden drawings?

I love both the original sketch and final work of "kids playing". But for some reason, I sympathize more with the sketch. Maybe I like the "impressionist" feeling it has (suggesting things than actually showing).

I planned to open them when the first six was very close to finish. ^^ They are the best of this series.
Some other arts had a progress too, but they still not close to finish...

Today is another big day - I finished the second art! ^___^
Was very hard to draw mountains, clouds, sea waves... It's the first in my life. Some things was fully derived about 3-4 times.

FULL SIZE | WITH SCREENS

I see Twinsen in my dreams so often now. When I started to draw this series, I seeing about 1 of 2 dream with Twinsen per week. Sometimes it's a brand new adventure in LBA-world, sometimes - just a several blur images.

I liked one of the last dreams - me, Twinsen and Jerome found a hidden location in LBA2, hidden with another decoration. There was a pool inside a yellow room we must pass. Twinsen didn't want to swim it. Me and Jerome lelps him. After me started to joke Twinsen - "You are very adult, and you still can't sweem!"

Twinsen said that he afraid the water. Now I'm understand, why he can't sweem in games...

And also he said, that is very boring - to be a hero. You just running across the world constantly and continiously and checking trashcans! When I woke up, I couldn't stop smiling. D

Promoted to Wallpaper!!!

What an amazing work.
You need to share a timeline drawing so we can see all the process from the ground up.
