Good question, I still haven't checked anything, but I guess the best would be either the long weekend with the first of November, or sometime around christmas... If we make it a mega-meet, I guess there should be a poll though...
edit : okay, I have a four day long weeken from October 30 to November 2, as from December, I have lessons until the 17th, but I don't know yet how the exam period will be. It's a small world at the folk music part, so maybe exams will be more fixed than at my other university.

Is it November/December this year?
I am pretty booked already for these months :/, going to Paris for a weekend in November and going to New York in Xmas. What city you were suggesting, Rotterdam or Amsterdam? I guess we have more LBA members in Rotterdam and I never being there
