Getting closer and closer to that 1 hour mark...

This run features a major new glitch and an entirely reworked route skipping some big parts of the game, for instance one particularly slow and infamous tank cutscene.

Essentially the trick involves jumping on a mecha penguin in just to right way to warp over certain obstacles. It comes in handy a few times. Mecha penguin has now upgraded from one trick pony to MVP of the entire run!

As a nice bonus, skipping the tank has some side effects, one of which means we now have to use the Pipe Trick discovered by Homeless. It's such a nice trick I am really glad it ended up being useful!

This run contains nearly all the tricks we're currently aware of, but I made a lot of mistakes ... it can definitely be done quite a bit quicker still.

A joy to see the run having been optimized so much in such a short time. Still can't believe that I found the meca-jump glitch and that we have found so many useful areas for it, both you, me and freeman. Good team effort. Here's to hoping we'll find more such major glitches and skips so that we can get the time down closer to LBA 2!
