Fake LBA3 News

Hey.

For those wondering, there's more than 1 reason I stopped visiting MBN. And I'm not sure I'm going to come back now. Maybe soon.

I'm posting here because of this:
Quote:
Adeline Software

Guess What Everybody your wishes have come true LBA 3 is in production the game is big, exciting and fun, i spent a day going to all LBA websites to post this message. Adeline Software International is Back In Business. we say The Game Will Hit The Shelves Worldwide Febuary 2007 but there could be delays. thanks LBA Lovers it is you Who has made the choice for us.

Thankyou

I find it tough to believe based on the targeted date alone; Feb 2007, this must mean that they have an engine already in place, the storyboard is done, the artists are working or about to start on the animations, etc., and if they do develop it, is this really an LBA game if Fred is not the driving force behind it? I think not...

Fake...

If it was true, i guarantee i would be the first to find out. Most of all, since im in constant contact with fred (regarding more personal arrangments i must admit). Also, Adeline can no longer exist, because Paul, who owns delphine and adeline merged it with Doki Denki wich is somewhat on hold at the moment.

Also, Fred has mentioned that it takes at minimum a year to develop a sequel, and 2 to develop a brand new game (the engine ans stuff)....

None the less, i just emailed fred. I will tell you what he thinks.

If they spent such a long time visiting all LBA related websites to post the news then how could they miss the MBN?

Who's dj sinz? Anyways, this doesn't make any sense.. Is MBN surely not the biggest LBA website??? (Of course TwinAdv is down atm so...)

And why is this a reason to leave the MBN, Chaos?

EDIT: You beat me to it Assassin.

February 2007, thats the first mistake, you don't publish a date for release when at the start of a project. DN4EVA, haha, need I say more.

ChaosFish? You've even packed your bags taken off with your avator.

What the Gee Owe?

[Edit]
Okay, I think I found out why, for anyone else wondering...
