wow !!! did you guys ever see this ???

I just found a completely never before seen (by me at least) LBA2 interview with Fred Raynal, and NO, IT IS NOT THE ONE EVERYBODY KNOWS BY THE NAME "LBA 2 - THE FINAL INTERVIEW" ... just watch !!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmNopHiDWY0 (Part 1)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LepIQMjq4BQ (Part 2)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HaAGnveaOAc (Part 3)

I mean ... when did this appear ??? what happened ... how long have I been living under a rock ?

Perhaps four or five times more, perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless." --- Paul Bowles

Couldn't understand most of what was said, but the most interesting part for me were the model viewer (great to see what they used and how similar it is to 'ours') and the concept art. Some of the concept art we have on the MBN, some of it we don't. The final level with Funfrock for example. It's exactly like the sketch!

Nice find. He tells about the same thing he said in the other interview, plus the facts that he thinks that LBA is like a crossover between Alone in the dark and Zelda, the surface that can be explored is much bigger than LBA1's, the exterior is now in isometric 3D and that graphism can now be changed according to the comp's capacity (moving water, birds in the sky).

Has anyone ever seen birds in the sky in LBA2 ?

Thanks for that. The parts without subtitles were most enjoyable for some reason...

sgk: Think of it this way: it's like a message in a bottle. In our world, we put a message inside a bottle to protect it while it travels through the oceans to reach some other island. In other worlds, they put a message inside an asteroid to protect it while it travels through space to reach some other planet. In this case it is a gift, a guitar, rather than just a message.
