A little big adventure of RuneScape? On, do you mean? Well I think its crazy :O (no offence intended)

Kobold: RuneScape is a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game), based in medievalish times, you have skills and stuff, and have to use them to get better in the game, theres trading, you have to make your own money, etc etc. They should have called it the Apparantly Educational Landscape Game Made for Kids Although 70 year old 'people' called Zezima play it

What he's suggesting is that there should be an LBA MMO.

Welcome proto-pack!

Welcome.

Yes, I can see it now;
"YOU HAVE GAIN A NEW LEVEL IN SILLY WALKS!!!"

I used too play Runescape a lot, its one of the better MMO games out there.
Like all of them, however, the fun comes from the community and the landscape, most of the gameplay gets repedative.
(even though the company that makes it works very hard too get new content almost weekly).

An LBA MMO is always being discussed, and it seems a lot of people here wouldn't like it apparently, but I reckon if it ever came out people would like it...

Runescape is an excellent idea, and there's something strangely addictive about it, but it really is a boring game, the graphics are terrible and the gameplay is very simple and doesn't really develop at all. It's fun to build up your character, earn money, buy better armour/weapons, but when it comes to it, there's too much variety in player levels for there to be any decent amount of PvP, and I think an MMO needs that. Like DF says, the places are pretty cool, and it's a completely different game when playing with a friend. It's definately worth a try if you've never seen it, but you'll get bored in about a week I reckon.
