What's the big excitement here, anyway? I mean, you can hear the background music while playing the game....

Yea, we have them in Mp3 and most likely someone in the mod team can fix them for us as well.

Setup.mid exists for sure, but hmm, I guess you are right, LBA2 has it's music stored as .wav so you can't really browse the archives for midi's.

There is software making midis out of waves/mp3s though, but of course, it would be better if Mack could fix midis.

You guys all mis-understood TheRealMack. He doesn't WANT the original LBA 2 MIDI's, he said that an Adeline Team member sent those to him, because apparently they had all the LBA 2 music in both MIDI's and .WAV's, and that he'll post those MIDI's here, as soon as he digs them out.

well the midis ( if they exist ) are the original 'sketches' upon which the WAVs were created ...and we all know the wavs are way better in quality ... I mean they give apparently real instrumental sounds

LBA mp3s exist?! Where?! I have been searching for the music for absolutely ages. I have the Relentless music but not the LBA 2 music, which is the one I really want.

It would certainly be sweet to have the original midis, be it LBA1 or 2.

There are some LBA 1 midi files available to download in the MBN's LBA 1 music section. But I don't know if they're original.

morshem, I'm no expert, but I think you can state these about mp3,wav and .mid

mp3 and wav stores music, it can be your voice for exempel.

.mid store the actual notes, so it has to be a song, it can't be your voice. You can make wav. easily out of midis. Doing the reverse is possible with advanced sound engineering I think, but of course it don't work for voices.

Okay, I'm a complete idiot. I've just found out that the music for LBA2 is actually stored on the CD anyway. I've been looking for the music for so long and I've had it the whole time. It's official, I'm a moron.

The music that's on your LBA 2 CD (the wavs on there) do not feature the LBA 2 theme music, however.
