LBA2 - Twinsen's white T-Shirt
Little Big Adventure 2
- White T-Shirt Mod - Description: This mod came to existence because of the original concept where Twinsen was supposed to wear a white T-Shirt. Such reference can still be seen in the game's intro movie. Also, a preview of LBA2, also known to have been in beta stage has clearly shown screenshots where Twinsen was wearing his original white T-Shirt. Note: The original version of LBA2 was meant to contain other different elements such as a modified ferry, gaining access to the top of the lighthouse, modified areas of some islands, a blue sky in the undergas level, etc. but unfortunately I could only bring Twinsen's T-Shirt back  Installation: Extract the 'RESS.HQR' file inside the archive into the LBA2/TO installation directory, overwriting the existing one. (Be sure to make a backup first!) Enjoy! DOWNLOAD

Always give some screenshots.
I think OBrasilo already did this a while ago, but still its a good mod to use for those who like to mod LBA2 instead of LBA1 :P Btw, I see you only change Twinsen's outfit texture, right?!

yeah, I just replaced the texture ... but the hard thing was that pure white (255,255,255) didn't work ... I figure pure white has some transparency problems as the gourad sharing was showing weird red-orange-brown-yellow patterns ... like lava on the TShirt
so what I did was take the LBA2 palette and pick the closest white that I could and the surprise was that it was exactly the white they used in the LBA2 preview  also, here are the shots :

you said that the pattern repeats itself with the texture and so it won't be possible to make him wear an MBN-Shirt.
But what about the Parade-tunic then? Has it got the same problem or would it be possible to add the MBN-Logo there?

yes so basically I've hacked the RESS.HQR archive by extracting one single file I needed ( entry #7 if I recall correctly ), opened it with LBAWinOwn's Image Creator program, located Twinsen's shirt texture, and recolored it as I wanted ( note: that is NOT 255/255/255 at all
it's a very light gray ... I think it was 224/224/224 if I recally correctly )

Yeah, as you mentioned it before, 255/255/255 is reserved for transparency.
Zink's package editor gives a description of the content of the HQR entries, so you can easily find what you're looking for when you want to change something.
