It's that Citadel imitation prison near the end of the game I think...
Is it Fortress Island? I always get the second hemisphere islands mixed up.

Lol, this game makes me want to play LBA/LBA 2 again just to refamiliarize myself with these pics . It looks like that room with the red grobo clone in the... cant remember if it was the mutant factory or the place that has that underground pod thing that sends you to some far away place, the other hemisphere if i'm not mistaken.

Okay it's not LBA1.
Look at the shadow as well, that's a pretty defining feature.
