I don't really don't think that this affects Lba3 being released. If anything; i reckon if anything; it would be helping LBA3. If i were in Fred's shoes right now, i think that after all the trouble he has gone through, an LBA3 inspiration will be perfect for giving him hope.

I think the rights isn't a problem at all for LBA3. Fred just need to collect the right persons to do the job.
